At FREY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
